Gathering #127

It has almost been a year of no blogging, but I am back. In the last 10 months I have:
Been to Denver, Washington D.C., and lots of day trips to Ogden, Park City, and other Utah spots. I have changed grade levels teaching 6th now. I have also spent a lot of time working and playing. It has been a good 10 months.

So now I have recommitted myself to blogging and remembering the good times.

Gathering #126

My best friend left for Washington D.C. this last weekend. He has been gone a total of 3 days and I miss him like crazy. You know those people in your life that you don't have to say anything in the car, or it doesn't matter what you are doing its fun to be with them. That's Daniel! I will miss late night ice cream runs, movie nights, deep conversations, and running errands. He gets my crazy personality, and without him I would be like a ship without a paddle. Here is to me making it through the next four months standing on my own two feet!

Gathering #125

Christmas is coming and I can't wait. My life in the last few months has been super busy. School is crazy. I tutor three days a week and am on two committees. I am still alive and have a goal to post more frequently. Lets see how it goes!

Sorry life has been crazy!

So here is a quick post of what is on my mind right now

• I love pedicures!
• I miss my family, Carson City is too far away
• Still can't believe I have jury duty on my day off next week
• Made it through another set of S.E.P. conferences
• I am so tired

Summer is over! I spent the entire summer teaching summer school and getting my room ready. School starts in the morning and I think I am ready to see my kids.

This weekend was WONDERFUL! Some of my favorite people came to visit. We spent a lot of time eating, and playing. Can't wait to see them again in a couple of weeks~

Gathering #121

Pioneer day in Utah! This year was a little less festive then normal for me, but the night did end on a high note. We watched the parade on t.v. and bbqed. The night ended with a camp fire, smores, and watching the neighborhood fireworks. I am grateful for this holiday that reminds me of the sacrifices the pioneers went to for their religious freedoms.
